You are My Bride–Are You Ready?

My darling bride, I have come to rescue you. I have brought fine linen for you to wear. You will be dressed in righteousness because you belong to me. Make yourself ready for the wedding. Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb! Blessed are you whose names are written in heaven in the Lamb’s book of life. I am with my Father now, but at His appointed time, I will return for you and take you home to be with Me. Will you be ready?

I have clothed you in salvation and righteousness. Now clothe yourself with Me, the Lord Jesus. Clothe yourself with splendor and majesty. The King is enthralled with your beauty. Honor Him for He is your Lord. Dress yourself in compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Let love be your cloak that binds all these virtues together.

Display the fruit of the Spirit prominently for all to see My attributes in you: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Live by the Spirit, I have placed in you. Let your acts of kindness be a gift to all those you attend to.

Prepare your heart for your Bridegroom. Make ready your spirit by keeping in step with My Spirit in you. Love Me with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. Honor Me by putting Me in first place in your life. Spend time with Me daily listening to my voice. I will guide you and instruct you. I will counsel you and comfort you. I will shower you with love, joy, and peace. I will give you the desires of your heart. I have come to give you life, both now and forever.

You are my bride, and I love you more than you know.

I Knit You Together in Your Mother’s Womb

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. (Psalm 139:13-14)

My darling daughter, I knew you before I created you in your mother’s womb. I ordained all of your days before one of them came to be. You are my beautiful creation, made in my likeness. Let your light shine, as my light shines through you. Raise your hands to the heavens in praise of my holy name. You are my child. I love you beyond measure. Lift your eyes toward the skies and watch me smile down upon you. You are my precious one. I call you by name, you are my own.

Spend time with me today, and I will shower you with my love an affection. Listen to my voice, my wisdom will direct your paths. Search for me as hidden treasure. Seek me and find me when you look for me with all your heart. I am with you always. I have never stopped pursuing you. Make time for me in your day. I am your strength and peace. I am your comfort and joy. Know me and experience the life I have planned for you. You are the child I delight in. I celebrate your birth today! Happy Birthday, my love.


 

My Heart Will Overflow

Lord, last night I prayed that you would wake me with a song again. This morning as I opened my eyes, I heard these lyrics to “From the Day” by I Am They:

From the day You saved my soul

‘Til the very moment when I come home

I’ll sing, I’ll dance, my heart will overflow

From the day You saved my soul

 The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks. (Luke 6:45)

Precious one, you are good. I have made you in my image and I am good. Store up good in your heart. Discard all evil and practice good only. Let your lips overflow with praise from the good stored up in your heart. Streams of living water will flow from within you as my Spirit resides in you. Live by my Spirit; walk in the Spirit; pray in the Spirit, and experience my goodness. For when you believed in me, I gave you the gift of the Holy Spirit. You will sing, you will dance; your heart will overflow with my goodness. Do not live in the flesh as the world lives, but by my Spirit within you. Express your gratitude for my saving grace by living in obedience to me. Listen to the voice of the Spirit within you. He will lead you in the way everlasting. He will help you live a life that is pleasing to me—a good life. Truly, my goodness will flow like living water from within you. You are good.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies, and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?â€

“Yes, Lord,†she told him, “I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world.†(John 11:25-27)

Sons & Daughters of the King—When you believe in me, you will live. I came into the world to save those who are lost. I died in your place for your sins, but even more, I rose again. I am the resurrection and the life. Even though you will die, you will rise again with me. Believe in my Name and live forever.

Do not give in to the customs of this world, but live for me, the One who has saved you. You once were lost, but now you are found. The old life has passed away; your new life in me has begun. Turn from your former ways and live in the fullness of the life I intended for you. Seek me with all your heart and you will find me. I dwell in your heart. Listen to my voice within you. All my wisdom belongs to you. It is within your grasp any time you need it.

Spend time with me. Dig into the Scriptures. Listen as I speak to you through the verses in my Word. I am the bread from heaven. I will give you some of the hidden manna. Sing, O Daughter of Zion; shout aloud, O Israel. Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O Daughter of Jerusalem! The Lord has taken away your punishment, he has turned back your enemy. The Lord, the King of Israel, is with you; never again will you fear any harm. On that day they will say to Jerusalem, “Do not fear, O Zion; do not let your hands hang limp. The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.†(Zephaniah 3:14-17)

You are my Daughter of Zion. As I dwell in Zion, I also dwell in you. I live in your heart. Be glad and rejoice, for I am with you. I take great delight in you. I rejoice over you in song. You are my child. I have adopted you as my own daughter. You are the Daughter of Zion, the Daughter of the King, my precious princess, the beautiful bride of Christ. You are mine. You belong to me.

Do not fear, I am with you always. Rejoice in the one who has saved you. Lift your hands in praise to the King. I am the one true God, and you have access to me at all times. Seek me within your own heart and you will find me. Listen to my voice from within. I will not lead you astray. Let me direct your paths. I have marked out the best way for you to go. Follow me, and I will lead you beside still waters. I will restore your soul. Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of the King! Your God is with you, he dwells in you.

Be Strong and Courageous

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed,

for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)

Lord, It seems like we’re an old married couple. We’ve talked about everything over the years and have nothing else to say to each other.

That’s where you’re deceived, my love. I have more to say to you now, than I did when you first met me. We have become so comfortable with each other, we can say everything we are thinking to each other.

I have developed you into the woman I need to carry out my work. I have great plans for you. I have so many things to discuss with you. Don’t abandon me now. Don’t put off meeting with me just because you’re satisfied with the way things are going in your life. I still have things to share with you. I still have things for you to accomplish. Don’t be complacent in the life you have created for yourself, when I have grander things in mind for you.

Sit with me a while and listen to my voice. Let me tell you again how much you mean to me, how much I love you, how pleased I am with you. Do you grow tired of hearing my voice? You take for granted what some may never experience. You hear me speak. Many do not recognize my voice. You have the King of kings as your best friend. Many do not even know who I am. Do not put off meeting with me, because you think it’s a waste of time. When you know my voice, nothing I say falls to the ground. You hear every word. Now what will you do with it?

Come, my love. Sit in the warmth of my embrace. Let me sing praises over you. Let me overwhelm you with my love. Be filled with my perfect peace. Experience the joy of true, unconditional, committed love. I am yours and you are mine. We will do great things together. I will empower you with my strength and courage. Do not be afraid. All things are possible with me. I am the vine, you are the branch. You can do nothing apart from me. But with me by your side, nothing will stand in your way of doing my will and my work.

Be bold and courageous. Be strong and steadfast. Stand firm in your faith and battle for lost souls. Do not be ashamed of me or my Word. I am the One, true God. Those who do not know me are lost. Share my love with all you know. Bring them to me and I will take it from there. Be the ambassador of my love. It is my desire that all would seek me and know me as their Lord and Savior. I have blessed you to be a blessing. Go into the world and do my work. I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

The Good Shepherd

I am the Good Shepherd and you are my sheep. A good shepherd lays down his life for his sheep, as I have laid down my life for you. When you wander away from the flock, I search for you myself until I find you. I call you by name and lead you home. I gather you up as a lamb in my arms and carry you close to my heart. I bind up your wounds and strengthen you in your weakness. I shelter you from the storm and protect you from your enemy. I feed you in rich green pastures and provide living water for your thirsty soul. I know my sheep and my sheep know me. I and my Father are One. When you know me, you know my Father as well. My sheep follow me because they know my voice. Listen to my voice and follow me where I lead you. I will not lead you astray. I am the gate for the sheep. Enter through the gate and receive the rich blessings of a life in me. I am the Good Shepherd, and I will take care of you.

You Know My Voice

“The man who enters by the gate is the shepherd of his sheep. The watchman opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice.” (John 10:2-4)

Precious daughter, do not get swallowed up in the broad spectrum of the task I have given you. I do not send you alone into the world. I am with you always. Turn your eyes upon Jesus, and focus your undivided attention on him. He is the Good Shepherd. He will not allow you lose your way. His eyes are fixed on you. Remember your position. Follow the Shepherd. Do not attempt to lead. When you walk ahead of him, you may find yourself ensnared in the enemy’s trap. You expose yourself to unnecessary dangers. You may fall into the ditch that I know is there, but you do not see it. Remain in the wing of my protection. Do not run ahead; do not wander off the path I have laid out for you. Seek me for every step you take. I will light your way in the darkness of the unknown. Take my hand and allow me to lead. Give control over to me, and listen to my will for you. My ways are higher than your ways. I know what lies ahead. I have your best interests in mind. You know my voice. Listen to it and follow me, my love. I will lead you in the way everlasting.

Child of Love

My precious child, you are very important to me. I do not make mistakes. I created you for a reason; I had a purpose in mind for you before I created the world. You are the conduit of my love. People will know me when they see your loving ways. Love unconditionally as I do. I will empower you to love that way. Remain in me and I will remain in you. Love me and I will love others through you.

Please seek me every day. Make me your first priority. Come near to me. Spend a little time with me. Let me direct your ways. Trust me. I have your best interest in mind. I am only a whisper away. Ask me for help. Share your heart with me, and then listen. I desire to share my heart with you. My Spirit, who lives in your heart, knows my heart and shares it with you. You have access to me any time, day or night, by my Spirit within you. Listen to my voice from within. Hear what I say to you in your thoughts and be at peace. I have so much to tell you. Will you spend a few moments with me today?

Let me love you perfectly, and you will have the capacity and capability you need to love others well. Receive my love in order to give it away. Child of love, you are precious to me.
